33ebet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "Company") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual ("User", "you") who uses the platform.

• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6.1 Placing a Bet

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 33ebet permits it under specific rules. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, server disconnection, or connectivity issue, 33ebet reserves the right to void that bet and return the relevant funds. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.
• Live betting during an event depends on real-time data; 33ebet is not liable for any losses resulting from data delays.
• For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, the relevant international rules apply.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
